• When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by our front desk staff and be checked in for your appointment.
• We will escort you and your pet to an examination room as soon as we have one available.
• A veterinary technician will ask about your pet’s medical history and current condition.
• Next, the veterinarian will see you and your pet. They will perform an examination, answer your questions, and recommend further diagnostics and/or treatment as necessary.
• Finally, our front desk staff will handle billing and schedule any follow up appointments that are needed.

First Visit Recommendations:

We understand that bringing pets to the vet can be stressful. The following tips will help make your visit with us quick and stress free as possible.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier than your appointment time to fill out any required paperwork.
• To help ensure that safety of your pet, other pets, and our staff, please make sure that your pet is either on a leash or in a carrier.
• Please bring your pet’s previous medical and vaccine history to your appointment.
• Please bring a list of any medications or prescribed dosages that your pet is currently taking.
• Please bring a stool sample if this an annual visit or if your pet is having diarrhea.

Payment Options:

Payment in full is required when services are rendered.  We accept debit/credit cards, checks, and cash.

We no longer accept Care Credit payments.
